returning any merchandise. An RA# is required to provide you with the
correct return address (varies) and to expedite processing.
NO returns will be accepted without prior written or email approval from
NORDALE Services. Please provide your name, order
number, order date, item number, daytime telephone number, and reason
for return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All authorized
returns must be freight prepaid. Merchandise must be returned within 15
days of the RA issuance, or RA number expires. RA numbers are
non-renewable. A 15% restocking fee applies. You may return most products within 30 days of purchase for a refund (less restocking and S&H) if you are not completely satisfied. Products must be returned with unmarked product packaging and in original undamaged, new condition. All returns must be 100% complete, shipped prepaid and well packaged/protected with the RA number displayed on the shipping label. Credit subject to final inspection upon receipt.
Software products cannot be returned once opened and/or activated (unless defective). Incomplete returns or those not packaged the same as received cannot be accepted. Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted. Items not acceptable are returned to the customer.

All approved returns will be credited at the Nordale selling price, less a 15% restocking charge (shipping not subject to credit). Allow 7-10 days for processing returns. Credit will not be issued until Nordale Services has received and examined the returned merchandise. No unauthorized returns accepted, and no returns allowed after 30 days. Nordale Services reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated above. Please note: Pricing, specifications, availability and terms of offer may change without notice. Nordale Services cannot be responsible for pricing errors, printing errors, nServices.com product copy/description errors, or other errors and reserves the right to authorize a return for refund, or cancel pending orders arising from such errors. Nordale Services reserves the right to cancel any pending order. By placing an order, customer accepts all terms and policies stated herein. |
