 Do you distribute products outside of the United States?

Not at this time. We do not ship any orders requiring customs. International orders are difficult to verify and many of our security/safety products are not allowed by law to be shipped across international borders. We only ship to Alaska, Hawaii and all states within the continental USA (non-customs related orders only).

2.  How do I buy your products wholesale or become a distributor?
We are an online discount retailer of mostly home-business-personal security products, surveillance cameras and systems, home theater, mobile entertainment and unique products & gifts. We currently do not offer distributor or affiliate programs.

3.  How do I navigate your site without getting confused or lost?
The quickest and easiest way for first time visitors is to use our
SITE MAP. Our pages are fairly simple to navigate with a menu bar near the top of each page and most include "Back to Top", plus header and footer links to help keep you on track. Use your BACK button to return if you click on a link that takes you to a different web site.

4.  What type of warranties or guarantees do you have?
As a retailer, we have a 30 day money back guarantee (less S&H) on most products we provide. Manufacturers guarantees and warranties also apply on most products. Some restrictions apply on select surveillance cameras, systems and related products.

6.  Do you share, sell, or provide my e-mail address to anyone else?
Absolutely Not! Your valid email address is required when submitting an order. This is for communication purposes regarding the status of your order and for sending you a receipt of the transaction. We WILL NOT add you to a mailing list when placing an order or by emailing us.

7.  Can I place credit card orders over the phone or in the mail?
Yes. Credit card orders may now be placed through our toll free number, by mail, or online. Yes, we provide a very secure encrypted server to protect your credit card numbers online! Click here to see our customer privacy policy

8.  Can I fax credit card or check orders?
You can fax or mail credit card orders to us. The benefit of faxing your order is time. Faxing will save the transit time it would have taken to mail your order to us. Check orders, cashier checks & money orders must be mailed. There is a $25 (non-refundable) NSF (non-sufficient funds) fee on returned checks.

9.  Can I place an order with a cashiers check or money order?
Yes, but they must be mailed to us. There is a $25 (non-refundable) NSF fee on returned checks.

10.  What are your average shipping costs?
Standard ground shipping is FREE on orders of $100 and up. Average ground shipping cost (most orders less than $100) is $6.99, average 3-Day cost is $17.99, average 2-Day cost is $27.99 and average Next Day cost is $44.99. These are business days in-transit (next day order shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday). International and US orders requiring customs are not accepted. Some rush charges could be higher than reflected by cart during checkout (you will be notified if higher).

11.  How do I contact customer service with questions or comments?
The easiest way to contact customer service is to contact us via email. Our business hours are 9-5 CDT M-F. We generally respond to all customer service inquiries within 24 hours (M-F). Be sure to reference your name, order number/date, product, quantity and reason when requesting a return authorization (Read Return Policy). 12.  When will I receive my order after it's placed?
Overnight Rush Shipments
We make every attempt to ship overnight orders within 24 hours after receipt of payment during regular business hours. Business hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM central time. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday. Orders received after 2 PM eastern time are processed the following business day.

Regular Shipments
Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment during regular business hours. Business hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM central time. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday. We use UPS Ground for regular shipments. Please, always allow up to 5-7 business days in-transit for standard ground shipments after funds are received. We always use the quickest form of shipment whenever possible.

13.  Why didn't my order ship immediately after placing it online?
Like other companies, we must receive payment before orders can be released.

Receipt of Payment for Credit Card Orders

Receipt of payment is immediate with online credit card transactions. No COD or international orders accepted.

Receipt of Payment for Mailed Check Orders
Allow 3-5 business days for your online or mailed check to arrive in the mail to us. Receipt of payment is generally an additional 7-10 business days for your funds to clear our bank as paid. Your order is shipped once your funds have cleared our bank as paid. There is a $25 (non-refundable) NSF fee on returned checks. No COD orders accepted. Note: Please pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal to avoid payment receipt delays.

Receipt of Payment for Cashiers Check or Money Order
Allow 3-5 business days for your cashiers check or money order to arrive in the mail to us. Receipt of payment is generally an additional 7-10 business days for your funds to clear our bank. Your order is shipped once your funds have cleared our bank for deposit. There is a $25 (non-refundable) NSF fee on returned checks or money orders. No COD orders accepted.

15.  Why can't I check inventory on LIFE Magazines before placing my order?
Original historic LIFE magazines are one-of-a-kind type products. Archive fulfillment warehouses require firm orders and unfortunately do not allow inventory checks without accompanying orders. This enables them to keep your costs as low as possible without unnecessary price increases. Simply place your order online, submit payment authorization, and we will process and ship your order based on availability. Allow 2-3 business days for your search and order processing. In the unlikely event that your choice is not available, we will notify you within 3-5 business days. Orders that cannot be filled are voided and NO charges will occur.

We are in the process of updating our hard copy paper literature. Mail-out catalogs are currently unavailable.
